Welcome to Little Orange Hat! By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Handmade & Custom Items
All of our products are handmade with care, and many are made to order based on your custom requests. Because of the unique and personalized nature of our items, custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is a significant error on our part.
2. Order Processing & Timelines
Custom orders typically require 7–10 business days to create, depending on size and complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. We’ll communicate timelines clearly when your order is placed.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is required prior to beginning any custom order. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or pickup. All payments must be made in full before you receive your item. We accept secure payments through our website checkout system.
4. Shipping & Pickup
We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Local Pickup – Free and available by appointment.
- Arranged Delivery – We offer limited delivery options, which must be coordinated with us directly. Customers are responsible for communicating with us to make arrangements prior to their required delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during delivery by a third-party service, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, photos, products, and artwork — is the property of Little Orange Hat and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us is used only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
